Standard vs Luxury Photography

What's the difference?

Standard Photography uses an HDR (High Dynamic Range) process to capture more detail in the shadows and highlights.

Luxury Photography uses HDR and adds a flash exposure to further clean up details in highlights and illuminate dark rooms. It can also improve color accuracy and vibrancy.

When should I use standard/luxury?

Standard: Use for 95% of all homes for MLS.

Luxury: Use for luxury homes and design/architecture shoots where you want the highest quality possible.

Why does luxury photography cost more?

It takes considerably more time to shoot and edit.

Does Advanced Photography really look better?

It's not a big difference. Using flash keeps the lights from blowing out and illuminates darker areas. It can also improve color vibrancy and contrast.
